Gloria Fossi is a medieval and early modern art historian who is particularly interested in the relationships between the figurative arts and literature. Since the 1980s, in addition to her work as a scholar and editor, she has lectured and authored educational texts, guides, and catalogs, including numerous publications on the Uffizi, art in Florence, and Italian art in general. Fossi also contributes to the Italian art magazine Art e Dossier, where she writes a review column.
